75% off on pending property tax, scheme valid till 15th of Jan 2026.
Pune Municipal Corporation announces 75% relief on tax penalties under Abhay Yojana 2025-2026. This scheme includes properties such as Residential, Non-Residential and Open Plots. Property owner who availed this scheme benefit prior (years 2015–16, 2016–17, 2020–21 or 2021–22) also eligible to take benefit.
Abhay Yojana 2025-26 is a time bounded scheme announced by PMC to offer relief in penalties/interest of outstanding property tax.
Eligibility to grab this benefit: All pending property tax payers are eligible if they pay complete outstanding tax amount within the tax scheme period.
Follow steps given by PMC to avail benefit:
- Calculate your total outstanding property tax (including arrears).
- Pay the full outstanding tax amount (including principal arrears) during the scheme period to get 75% OFF on penalty.
- Accepted payment channels:
- Online: propertytax.punecorporation.org
- Offline: Pune Municipal Corporation Citizen Facilitation Centers
- Banks: Bank of Maharashtra, ICICI Bank, Janata Sahakari Bank, Cosmos Bank
- All PMC Citizen Facilitation Centers will remain open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays during the scheme period to help citizens make payments.
